Commissioned in 2020, 2Up has just over 60 hours on her Yanmar 2YM15 engine and has done very little sailing. She is well appointed with the preferred,stiffer Axxon Carbon mast with a custom luff car system and lazy jacks making sail handling so easy. She has the factory fitted water ballast system with 200 Litres per side for enhanced stability and performance when sailing short-handed. Harken deck gear with four Performa winches and Spinlock clutches complement the cleverly planned and highly efficient deck layout. There's a wardrobe of competitive Doyle Sails comprising a brand new Stratis offshore mainsail with just a few hours use, Stratis ULx J2 and reefable J3 jibs, A2 Masthead and A4 fractional spinnakers with recovery socks plus a masthead tri-radial cableless Code Zero. All sails are in excellent and little used condition. The integrated network of Brookes and Gatehouse H5000 performance electronics has on-mast Garmin displays and two x cockpit mounted Vulcan 7 multi- function displays with GPS, electronic charting and Autopilot control. There is a B & G V60 VHF radio transceiver at the chart table plus an Icom IC M23 hand held VHF for use in the cockpit.
The cleverly designed interior is practical, spacious and comfortable, ensuring a good working environment and adequate rest. There are 6 comfortable berths, a gas stove, refrigeration, a central table, a marine toilet with holding tank and a good sized navigation table. Both the chart table and galley are provided with Jeanneau's unique off-watch seats.
