Farr 37

Built in Qld by Robertson Yachts in 1992, this Farr 37 offers excellent performance while also providing family cruising comforts. Well maintained and ready to sail, she had her mast fully refurbished and rewired and was fully re-rigged in 2023. The upgraded Volvo Penta 30hp diesel engine has run just 320 hours and is in excellent running order.. There is a suite of Brookes & Gatehouse electronics including a Zeus 7 GPS & plotter with multi-function display and electronic charting conveniently located at the wheel plus a bulkhead mounted Triton MFD showing log, speed, depth, wind and many calculated functions.
This Farr 37 has a complete wardrobe of sails to cruise or race, with a mainsail, 5 headsails, 3 spinnakers and storm sails; all in good condition. A Furlex headsail furler allows easy sail handling if short-handed. The Maxwell electric windlass makes anchoring and retrieval so easy.

There is plenty of space in her inviting teak trimmed interior with two private double-berth aft cabins, a private double berth forward cabin plus settees either side of a central teak drop-side saloon table; ideal for a post race debrief or for a family meals while cruising. There is excellent storage throughout. The galley features a two-burner gas stove and oven, refrigeration and a sink with hot/cold water. The enclosed bathroom has a marine toilet, wash basin plus a shower and there is a second shower in the cockpit to rinse the salt off after a swim.

This Farr 37 has been performance optimised over the years and has an upgraded David Lyons bulb keel for improved stability and speed.
